NEVER AGAIN!!! Order was 45 minutes late, not 45 minutes for delivery. No, 45 minutes past when they said they would deliver it. Called and spoke to the owner of the franchise. He was a complete jerk. He acknowledged that it was late by 45 minutes and then laughed and said “it is what it is”. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I can’t emphasize enough my displeasure with this Marco’s.
One of my favorite pizza places. The food is always consistent, I have never encountered issues with ordering or my food. Their staff has always been really friendly as well. Great service and food!
Have ordered from Marco for years. Definitely going downhill with several past orders wrong. Last order was wrong as well, called and was told the correct order to be delivered again within 30minutes. A hour and a half later called again, was told they dont have any delivery delivery drivers, I asked Really you stopped delivering was told no, just your order, it will be 2 to 3 hours before we can deliver it. Told them since my original order was placed almost 3 hours ago that it should be bumped to front of line. Was told by the manager, Kevin, there was nothing they could do.
Update: so far, no fraudulent transactions occurred on my account from this unusual experience. My food was delivered promptly and was very good. Changing my rating from a 3 to a 4. I still definitely think they should be able to provide your total over the phone.4pm on a Wednesday…Pretty concerned about placing my order over the phone with my card. The employee for some reason could not provide me with the amount I owed…even though he had used my CC# for the sale. That just did not sound right. I immediately looked at most recent reviews and saw there had been a theft recently by card. Will definitely be watching the transactions.
