We are regulars at this location and while they're all good this location is the best. The orders are always right, the service is excellent, and even when they're extremely busy these kids are always very pleasant and always provide great service with a smile. Keep up the great work! Ordered online for delivery, only received food and was told smoothies had spilled in driver's car. No mention of replacement or refund was mentioned. Tried to contact store, phone was constantly on busy with no other way to contact them or anyone from tropical smoothie.

I'm giving Tropical Smoothie Cafe a 2-star review. I ordered 2 wraps and a smoothie through the app, but I only received the smoothie. Attempts to call the store were futile as their phones seem to be down. This has caused a significant inconvenience, and I'm disappointed with the service. Hoping for a prompt resolution. Mocha madness and peanut butter paradise are great options. If you are trying to get your sweet treat and keep or add muscle add whey protein into your shake. You will not wrong with this option. Matter of fact make it a meal with the flatbread they have as well.

This is a place of heavenly delicious feel good smoothies that are loaded with awesomeness and healthy choices of ingredients. I loved the variety of flavors and options to make the drink a healthy choice. Your mood and appetite both will be uplifted. The side menu is palatable too.
