June 20, 2024 the manager and the whole crew could care less whether this place makes any money whatsoever. Four cars were there that looked like the employees '. At least one employee was outside. Another one came outside while I was waiting at the drive through. After a few minutes of waiting for the employees to do whatever it was that they were doing, I did NOT feel that they would handle my food safely and departed. June 19, 2024 So, 2 out of 3 times in the last month, Wendy 's could not take my order because, our system is frozen. Perhaps the management...Perhaps the staff... problem both. SLOW EXTREMELY SLOW EXCRUCIATINGLY SLOW.
Poor customer service. I couldn't eat my food because I saw the employee eating and preparing my food at the same time and without gloves. Disgusting!
Monday June 17th around 10 pm I took a doordash order for this Wendy’s. All of the employees were outside and I pulled around to the drive through. One of the females who was outside said the store was closed…. So I stopped to let doordash know The woman who said they were closed told me “never mind we’re open” after being on my phone for a minute or so. so I pulled to the window. The man at the drive through didn’t say a single word to me I was handed the drinks for my order but I was still waiting for 10 minutes for the rest of my order. The staff was neglecting orders by all being outside while I had two orders that need to be prepared and staff were dancing in kitchen. I got fed up by lack of communication and customer service that I canceled my dash and left. For a Wendy’s that’s just been renovated you need to upgrade your staff as well.
We rolled in at the last minute and placed a fairly simple order, a few Dave's doubles, a chicken sandwich, a baconator, and some nuggets. They were frinedy and quick despite our coming in at the last minute.
