I still have a bad conscience because we sat alone in chaos all night. Thank you. Ahja and the most important thing: food is just great. The carving was great. Everything is highly recommended. That was probably not the last time this came. Lg and much success
Hidden uriche typical Odenwälder Gaststätte. Greatly located right at the castle and the basilica in Steinbach, Michelstadt. It's a bit from the main road. We accidentally discovered you and were lucky, today was a battle festival. So there was sausage soup, a slaughter plate and homemade meat cheese. The soup was great, although without a noodle as we know it, but full of sausage from the battle and very well lubricated. Slaughter: Good meat nicely tender, Kassler class boiled and seasoned, fresh liver sausage (I had left the blood sausage) that were very good. For this purpose self-made sour wort, potato puree and a wonderful dark beer onion sauce. Meat cheese: a thick cake carving, with roasted onions and roasted eggs, with roasted potatoes. My wife was thrilled. The service was very nice, the atmosphere was originally warm, you felt comfortable. Great, the place was well visited at noon and there was a regular table that e.g. died with us. We'll be back. Beverages: The dishes were very good. Even made, for example the sour wort or the meat cheese, very well cooked and very well lubricated.
Very nice beer garden and nice staff. Food has good bourgeois taste. Schnitzel were knocked in the kitchen and freshly baked. A fresh bread was also offered this weekend. Top! For a Sunday trip the visit was a beautiful conclusion.
You know how to... so it should be and so it is. There are 100-120 people in the Beiden beer gardens that were already there during my visits.... The operators are always friendly and give their best, which is quite enough. The fact that the steps of the operator and the operator become somewhat slower in the evening/night is completely clear and understandable.... especially at the temperatures of this year. The pickle is clean and clean, the food is good and honest, the prices are absolutely reasonable and suitable.... You want to do what you do and you do well...
Super simple super, unfortunately we had no time for more, but we come back. Delicious sausages great self-baked bread, friendly people. I would like this in my region!
