Contribuisci feedbackThe WORST customer service i have ever recieved in my 31 years of life. And by the owner at that. All i asked for was extra cream in my iced latte. That's literally it! The owner actually told me if i dont like it how they made it then dont come back?.I have went to this same spot for YEARS and never had a problem till today. The entire cup was clearly only milk. I ordered 2and one was made right and the other was only milk. Clear as day. He kept trying to tell me that if i ask for extra milk thenthats what i get. A tall glass of only milk???. Then when i told him politelty that my drink was clearly made different than theother one he just got mad, threw his hands up in the air and said dont come back to his store then?. Im just wondering in whatworld or country is that kind of treatment ok? He gives the entire brand a bad name. Worst experience ever!
The service here was great. Very fast and friendly! Got a latte and a dozen donuts and was in and out in only a couple of minutes despite it being an early morning rush.
Bad attitude of staff member. I had arrived 15min prior to opening knowing they don 't open until 5am. As I was patiently waiting in the drive through not having said anything I see the back door open. The lady that had come out had a very upset look on herface did not greet me instead saying we don 't open for 15 min in a tone that clearly expressed I was inconvenience her. Isimply said ok and she slammed the door not saying anything. Thankfully because the area we are in has a large amount ofbreakfast coffee spot I can easily go elsewhere. It was part of my morning routine to go here for breakfast and lunch each day.Won 't be going here again. After looking at the percentage of bad reviews this location has it shows there is a problem on thedistrict level as nothing is being done clearly.
Large hot Caramel Macchiato is my Dunkin drink every day? the staff here are amazing! I cannot stress how much their hospitality and kindness ensures everyday starts off on the right note for me. Thanks from a loyal customer
I normally have decent experiences here, but today I had yet another run in with the not so great manager here. I was served coffee instead of tea, which is not a big deal but I did request the right drink. Being a someone who does not like coffee, Iknew instantly the drink was wrong but the manager argued with me and dumped the drink out in an aggressive manner. It was awfulcustomer service, especially since I was not rude and was in fact understanding of the error. As I said though, most of theemployees are great, but the one employee has done this exact thing on multiple occasions. If I'm paying almost twenty bucks forthree drinks, I just want the right ones. I'm not to blame for you messing up my order.
