Swingbelly's - Michigan City

I am in town for my job and am checking out some different restaurants. I ordered the pretzel bites and the $6 cheeseburger (a Monday special). The pretzel bites were delicious and beautifully cooked. The burger was good, but for a restaurant that seems to specialize in burgers, I was expecting something more. It could be because I didn't get a specialty burger too. Regardless, stopping here isn't a bad choice at all!

Great food, well rounded menu, indoor and outdoor dining. Burger was cooked to order snd cooked correctly. Very affordable. Server was very pleasant and responsive. Will definitely be back.

The hamburgers are pretty good at Swingbelly’s. The only complaint I’ve heard is that they’re too big. (No, seriously, a lady was complaining that they’re too big. . But, that’s not a bad thing in my book! The burgers come with chips and you have to order the fries separately, which was annoying. However, if you buy the burger of the week then fries come with it. Just FYI The staff are usually pretty friendly, and special requests don’t seem to bother them. It’s always clean when we go there, including the bathrooms which is nice. The only drawbacks are (1 it gets COLD

Traveling back from Indiana dunes and came across this place with myself, bf and a couple we are friends with. Trisha was a very good bartender. Very attentive, gave good deink food recommendations. Place was really clean. I was glad to see the bathrooms were spotless. I ordered a kid's corn dog nugget as my appetizer. It was awesome! You must try the pretzel bites with cheese. The French onion soup was really good because it was not too salty. Oh and the onion rings looked like they were homemade and battered. Not like the ones you get at Gordon foods(small breaded favored onion rings). This place also got great reviews. I highly recommend this place. Their menu, anyone can pretty much order off of.

We stopped here after a long day at the beach.. Our waitress was Tricia. She was extremely friendly and kept our drinks filled! The food was delicious! I highly recommend the ribeye! The kids' meals were filling enough for the kids as well!
