The Chip Inn - Mid Suffolk

Always use this place and always good food. we normally go around 630pm but last nite the chips were so dry ...we believe they were not fresh !! the fish had a dry rim at the edge of one that also had a huge hard batter ...very strange. will not go at opening time again ...

From Sutton Hoo, to The Chip In and well worth the journey.... Amazing tasting Fish and so well cooked, with chips to match....! Very well recommended

Great service ,Great food,value for money and very friendly staff.OInly problem was parking,but as i am new to the area..may be parking around the corner i don't know about.

I'm rang before hand to see if they done gluten free products and was lovely to find out that they did they lady I spoke to on the phone was very polite and said it does cost 50p extra for gluten free products to which I thought wasn't bad at all. I ordered over the phone and my order was ready by the time I got there. It was absolutely the best I've had in a long time. The staff were very friendly and polite. My family and I will definitely be going back THE BEST
