Canton Chef - Mid Sussex

We arrived at 9:30 p.m. on a Thursday night and had the restaurant to ourselves. The service was excellent, as one would expect in a nearly empty restaurant. The food was very good, though the barbecue pork was more fatty than meaty and was sliced very thinly. The honey lemon chicken was delicious, with a light coating and a lovely sauce, without any added MSG.

The set menu at this restaurant is exceptional, with wonderfully prepared hot and delicious dishes served with a friendly smile. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning in the future.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, with the perfect use of spices and fresh vegetables. There is no MSG used in the dishes, which is great. I will definitely be returning.
