Route23 Diner - Mid Sussex

Came here on the way to Brighton. Passed it many times and often thought about a breakfast here. We wasn’t disappointed, absolutely spit on, freshly cooked and service with a smile. Great decor in the place. We will definitely return when we come back to Brighton.

Stopped off for breakfast for the first time after driving past on numerous visits to Brighton. I can honestly say I won’t be going anywhere else! Fab breakfast and friendly staff. Clean and freshly cooked great start to the day!

Stopped for a breakfast before getting into Brighton. Ordered a mini breakfast. The place was cold we had to put our coats back on. The fried bread was actually still soaked in oil and very greasy. I don’t think I would have a meal there again.

The best breakfast in Brighton..Eggs,Bacon cooked perfectly in friendly atmosphere.Excellent value for money with plenty of parking space.

This restaurant used to be great, but ever since the ownership changed, the quality has gone downhill. The chips are now frozen, the burgers are cheap and gristly, and the salad is not fresh. The new owners seem to be trying to make the place look busy by parking cars in the lot, but it's actually empty inside. I won't be returning, as it's a waste of money now.
