Their event planning! Had a birthday party on Saturday. 1 hour after the party started they managed to get the foam machine running after I paid R500 for it. It was then only working for 30min... then the foam was finished. I ordered the kids pizza, cold drink and ice cream. When I asked for the drinks that had to go and buy them! I booked this party in December already and paid the whole invoice 2 days in advance. Still it wasn’t ready when we got there. The poor waiter didn’t know what to tell me... I was so ashamed in front of my guests! Never will this place see me again!
