Round&round Rotterdam

Precious cake shop which can enjoy matcha taste in Holland.

I have being exploring many cafes around Rotterdam, and after discovering Round&Round I can confirm that I found my perfect spot! This cafe has it all! An amazing atmosphere, handmade design, super friendly staff...and last but not least AMAZING food! Plenty of coffee and tea variations and hand made sweets cakes, rolls and lots of other delirious Japanese sweets.

I love everything! The shop is so cosy, the rolls, the cake, the matcha latte are so delicious and ofcoz the lovely owner. I came specially from Amsterdam to taste their matcha because it looks so beautiful on their website. And I can say, I can taste they make the cake/roll with love. Oh and, how they serve everything, soooo lovely! Hope to go there again soon! (I have 2 kids, so that's not that easy haha, but I takeaway a whole matcha roll, so I still can enjoy, hihi)

I've always loved green tea/matcha desserts and was so happy when I found out about this amazing dessert place!! Even the Dutch colleagues of mine loved the Matcha Yuzu cakes!!! AMAZING!! Ik vind altijd groenethee toetjes echt LEKKER en was ontzettend blij toen ik deze bakker ontdekte. Ongelooflijk, zelfs de nederlandse collegas van mij vinden de Matcha Yuzu taart lekker!! FANTASTISCH!!

Wow what a lovely place... The atmosphere and food are amazing. The cakes are perfectly soft and creamy, the drinks (we had the matcha latte) were delicious, and the people working were so friendly and hospitable. If you're looking for something cozy, hip and original near Rotterdam blaak, look no further!
