Mcdonald's - Middle River

On 3/24/24 around 11:45pm I arrived at the drive thru to order food. I sat there waiting to order between 5-10 minutes before calling out to see if anyone was there. It was also cars behind me. No one ever answered so we drive around and saw that there were employees inside that seemed to be disinterested in helping us. Will never support this location again

Customer service is horrible! And the sad part is it was a member of management I was dealing with! I order food daily for work. I had a problem with a messed up mobile order where the food was wrong. I immediately called asked for manager that apoligized offers to replace the (2) meals next visit. I go back next day differnt manager is there. I tell her how I called yesterday they are spose to replace (2) meals my next visit. She gave me an instant attitude cauz I had a similar issue 6wks prior with food being wrong! She was the same manager I dealt with then! She instantly says Noooo u had a similar problem few months ago. I laughed said OK AND..are u tryna say cauz I had an issue months ago theres no way u messed up again lol. I order daily not once a week lol. As she walks off I hear her whisper to her coworker she didnt work yesterday. When she came back to the window I said WOW how u gonna act like Im wrong u didnt even work yesterday! Treating a customer like they done something wrong on an order yall messed up with an allergy restriction is unreal!

They are definitely having a bad day my breakfast sandwich was missing items very dry I usually don't go 2 this McDonald's and I'll probably not go

I love this drive thru. The staff are friendly and always smile and make eye contact. I have worked in retail before and I know how important it is to treat people nice. These men and women are always nice and it's genuine not made up. I love the men and women here, it makes going to work on a Saturday much easier when you get a smile in the morning. Parking: Ther is plenty of room for parking and the drive thru! I love that it's only less than a mile from work. Great job to the staff at this location for being so nice.
