Dunkin' - Middleburg Heights

Great place for coffee and doughnuts, or any of the many of the other varieties available. Friendly staff, and a good value.

I tried the toasted white chocolate signature latte, and overall, the flavor was very enjoyable. However, I did notice that the cup was only filled about three-quarters of the way. Honestly, for the price, I expected a fuller serving.

The experience at this Dunkin' was terrible. The employee, Lucas, was incredibly rude and disrespectful, even rolling his eyes at customers. Additionally, this location is more expensive than the one in the neighboring town. I believe Lucas should be let go immediately.

I'm a huge fan of Dunkin' Donuts. This location typically gets my orders right and fills them quickly. The drive-thru line moves at a fast pace too.

Fast service! Orders prepared fresh! Restaurant! Very clean inside out. Cashier and help were polite and professional!
