4 Trees Smokehouse Inc. - Middleburg

Our landscape architect recommended this restaurant, so we decided to check it last night when we wanted a grill. it's a winner! almost half of the tables were filled, but they were not so busy that we had to wait. we ordered us on the counter, filled our drink ass and sat us. our food was almost immediately brought out. it was hot and fresh, and oh so good! the foods that should be crispy were crispy and the dings that should be hot and tasty were hot and tasty. brisket is not available now because it is too expensive. we had been pulling gays and savingribs. they were delicious – the best I ever had! the flesh fell from the bones. the spicy was perfect, and their grilled sauces on the table added some great aromas. we will definitely go back and we think they will like it too!

The ribs were fatty and not well smoked. Baked beansNothing special, Sonny’s are better. Chicken breasts were tough! Sorry experience!

Very delicious grill. we stopped to eat on the way back to the house. we had green roasted tomato, of which my man was blown away. He said they were like his grandmother. to dinner between us 4 we had ripening, huh, sausage and pulled pork. everything was perfectly smoked! nothing was dried. for the side we had pommes, mac and cheese, collar and green beans. everything is perfectly prepared again! if we ever are like this again, that will be my first stop.

In town for business and decided to try 4 Trees based on the reviews and we were definitely not disappointed. Others had raved about the smoked turkey, so, of course, we had to try it. It was delicious! The collard greens were seasoned perfectly, the green beans were excellent, and the baked beans some of the best I have ever tasted! The French fries were fresh and hot even though we were the last customers and it was almost closing time. We apologized for arriving 45 mins before closing and even though it was the end of a long day for them, they made us feel very welcome! Michelle was so pleasant and friendly and one of the best servers I have ever met. Thank you for making our first dinner with you such a pleasant experience!

Food was a huge disappointment. My husband got the three meat combo with ribs, pulled pork, and brisket and I got the pulled pork. None of the meat had any kind of smoked flavor whatsoever. The brisket was chunked instead of traditional sliced and the collards that he got didn't have much flavor.I couldn't eat much of my food and just packed it up in the hopes of fixing it up at home later. The pulled pork was cold, dry, and had absolutely no flavor to it at all. Even after drowning it in sauce it still didn't help. The mac n cheese must have been heated in a microwave because a few bites it was hot and the rest were ice cold. The only hot thing on my plate were the corn nuggets.No one came to check to see how we were doing or how the food was and quite frankly even if someone had I probably wouldn't have felt comfortable telling them. While we were disappointed by this experience at least we can say we went and we know now not to go in the future.
