A courteous young woman named Lacey came out and realized that a part of our order was missing. She was very apologetic and quickly returned with the missing items. I would like to commend Lacey for her excellent customer service, compassion, and efficiency. Thank you, Lacey!
Worst Sonic and drive thru I have been to in a while. Waited about 20-25 minutes and then issues with the food. The Texas toast bread was just normal bread, with one of the peices being an end piece of the loaf. Thr bread was also extrememly stale and hard. One of the sandwiches was burnt. The root beer in the root beer float was warm and flat and hardly had ice cream in it. A part of the order was also messed up, with a side missing. We noticed workers were young teenagers who kept coming outside to talk to their friends.
Angry just get home to this... no meat on either of the dill burgers. Please pay attention to what you are doing. Very dissatisfied veteran and customer
Buy a tea and a cup of ice cream. After waiting for more than 15 minutes and seeing Mavis's staff next door, I went to the building and looked how waitresses came out on their phones, my husband went inside. There was actually a woman and the others we didn't. The food went downhill and I really wish they could get some good workers there bc it?s one of my favorite places to go. I'm not back for a while.
Nobody recognized us where we were at the pull-up travel station. Then I moved into the drive-thru, same thing no confirmation.. everything I wanted was a banana shake..
