Ceviche Latin Kitchen - Middlebury

I was there for karaoke on Thursday. I had so much fun. The singer Ben Righter was the host. Look at U-tube and Spotify. They won't be disappointed. The staff there was super friendly. The passion fruit margarita was delicious. I had three of them. I'll go back soon. Next time I try to eat something.

Love this place! Great atmosphere and friendly and helpful staff. My favorite dish is the Carnitas street tacos served with rice and beans. We love to go for the Happy Hour menu and some drinks during the week. You are always busy on weekends and still manage to get orders right

Every time I get here, I'll go with a smile. The staff and the owner are so nice. The food is ALWAYS GREAT and I've been here since Civche. I liked it too. I always ask for a specially made burrito when I come here and I will always take care of myself. GREAT Margaritas all the time. It's worth the trip. Gracias Senior Panchos!

Staff is a little quirky. The food is good and fresh. Yeah, the salsa is good. It's kind of hidden so you have to look for it. Delicious margaritas

Excellent food, great service (even though short staffed everyone was very accommodating, courteous, and professional). Always enjoy dining here.
