As I sit here patiently waiting on my meal I am impressed by the amount of Dodd the cook is preparing. I saw him make two pancakes so big he used a pizza turner to flip it. Western omelette he was preparing looked as if it were for several people. Just one... the portions are amazing and the price has not been affected but the outside worlds conflict. Small restaurant where the cook, owner yells out you have to eat all of it here and smiles. The pancakes were ordered for a table to share. So far just a small dent has been put in it. If you are anywhere near Middleport. Look it.. stop and enjoy the atmosphere and fantastic food. You won 't be sorry or hungry when you leave.... Also have patience. One cook, one small flat top...
