Cafe Etch - Middlesbrough

There are many vegan options to choose and I especially love the hummus and falafel toastie! the personal is really friendly and I love the whole mood of the caffe updated by previous review on 2022-09-12

I had the vegan cheese and wobbly toastia, and the taste dwells in my mouth! I'd eat this sourded bread.

Very enjoyed our experience of cafe etch. such a friendly and welcoming caffe with an excellent menu full of vegan options. we ordered the hotdog that came with coleslaw and salat and also shared a very refreshing mango, pineapple and banan smoothness. the hotdog was great and had such a great texture with a beautiful companion colony Slav. to finish our meal, we also ordered a disc when carrot cake and a sprinkled cake, as it would not be too rude! Both cakes were moist and extremely tasteful, the carrot cake especially delicious. in any case a place to visit when in boro.

I really want to give this caffe 5/5 because the personal is wonderful, eating is really great, and the vegan options are diverse and delicious. today I ordered a vegan cheese toastie and my partner ordered milk cheese toastie. these were served us, vegan first and milk second the waitress made clear that the alleged vegan was served me. but I was halfway through mine before I realized it was milk cheese. I checked the sandwich of my partner to discover that he was the vegan. they can say through the smell and the texture, but I was so hungry that I was wolfed without review. the personal was really apologetic and refunded my order. I was relieved that they seemed to understand how terrifying it was for me. on this afternoon I had cramps, vomited at work and had to go home early. I hadn't eaten any milk for years, so my like was really upset. Unfortunately, I can't say that I'm planning to see again at any time. only really disappointed, it seemed like an honest mistake, but it is the type of mistake that can easily be avoided, and it has made me very uncomfortable. if I had an allergy instead of an intolerance, that would have been much worse. I will not give up on the caffe, as any independent place that is vegan is to support in my book, but due to this traumatic experience I will give it a great birth for a dae.

Love the vegan carrot cake here! Amazing place for working on creative projects like writing. It's such a gorgeous space to find some fresh inspiration. Shame you can't allocate five stars on the app!
