Sabor 3 Colores - Middlesex

Went to this place in search of a Colombian bakery. When we realized they sold actual food too we decided to order. Placed order at 430. Ordered a cheeseburger with fries, shrimp in garlic sauce with tostones and rice and one other order of meats and egg. The shrimp had tails on which drives me nuts. I'm not trying to stick my hand into sauce to remove tails while I'm eating. The garlic sauce was pure butter, salt, and maybe heavy cream? It was awful. I poured some out onto my rice and it was filling to say the least. I'm quite sure the sauce is literally a stick of butter and a cup of salt with 2 cups of cream. The burger was alright, fries were fine. The tostones were so over fried they were rock solid. We also got cookies, those were super good. Food was finally ready at 530. I will not order food here again.

Pésimo service. Lack of humanity. Heavy environment.

Food was DELICIOUS!!! Friendly atmosphere, prices reasonable and so many dishes to choose from. My new to go spot indeed. ??

Decided to give this place a try after I went to a grocery store close by. It's located in strip mall in Middlesex, small little spot doing a lot of take out orders early in the morning very nice young lady helping me out and was helpful with answering a few questions before I ordered.They have a very large menu from breakfast, typical colombian pastries so good) and lunch and dinner items. Although it was early in the morning when I stopped by i decided to get a few guava and cheese pastries and some chicken and beef empanadas . OMG those guava and cheese pastries are delicious. Also Those empanadas with special hot sauce were yummy . I will definitely be back to give this place a try for lunch or dinner very soon.
