Charlie's Roast Beef - Middleton

I had a bit of a dispute with my mother over lunch. She insists that the brat beef is fantastic, and she seemed quite unbothered by it. I decided to try it on the Caesar salad today, which made for a delicious combination of flavors. The chef looked at me as if I had four heads when I made my request, as if they're used to customers not wanting to customize their orders, but I don’t regret it one bit. It was absolutely delicious!

On my way out of the city on Thanksgiving Day, I stopped by Charlie's and had a delicious brat rib sandwich and turkey—it was one of the best meals I've ever had! The young women behind the counter were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend stopping by Charlie's if you're in Richardson!
