Taco Time - Middleton

One star because it's one of the few drive-through places in Middleton, and another star because, tots. It's hard to mess up those mexi-fries of goodness. Otherwise, super slow, turtle speed service, and burritos that linger for a day or two, if you know what I mean. Went a couple weeks ago and never again... With one car ahead of us, and the dining room closed because, coronavirus, our order of like 10 total ground beef tacos, bean burritos and tots took 30 minutes. That's HALF AN HOUR!!! In the drive-thru!!! For dadgum fast food!!! The first 10 were for the car in front of us, the last 20 were waiting for our order. Finally got our food only to discover we were short an item but didn't feel like waiting another 20 minutes with cranky and hungry kids in the car, so just went without it. What the heck, Taco Time?! Gonna call you Turtle Time from now on instead...

There is a young guy there who is just the most customer service oriented person I have ever met. I love going there becaus he is so nice and makes me want to come back! Love it!!!

Food is always too greasy and more often than not, cold when you get it.

This place is worth visiting. They have large portions for convenient prices. Consistently neat and with great atmosphere. Would recommend to others.

When we pulled in there were only two cars in front of us and it took us 20 minutes to get our food through the drive through. the employee that was taking our order had a serious attitude with us and cut us short. they didn 't get all of our food so we had to wait longer, she slammed the drive through window in my grandmas face. when we called to complain the manager had the same attitude and said I watched the video and backed up her employee. completely uncalled for unprofessional. i will never be seen at this location again, DO NOT RECOMMEND.
