The Roman Candle Pizzeria - Middleton

The pizza is some of the greatest quality and taste out there, only by the excellent service. I was informed that everything is freshly made, and I love that they connect to the community by working with local brands. the menu has some very interesting flavor combinations that they find nowhere else. this is just one of my top 3 favorite Wisconsin food!

Really enjoyed our first visit to Roman Candle last night. In town to move our son into his new apartment. Fantastic, friendly service from the Manager and team. Pizza and salad were great very fresh and certainly made in house with high quality ingredients. We even got a taste of their homemade roasted red pepper and tomato soup on the house (so flavorful). We will definitely get the soup on the next visit. Highly recommend.

On a weekend trip to Madison, my girlfriend and I stopped here for dinner after reading other great reviews online for both the regular and gluten-free pizzas. We both came away extremely impressed! I’m gluten sensitive and they were very accommodating. The gluten free is hands down the best I’ve had; it gives me hope for the future of GF Pizza. The employees are very personable, it’s hard to find a fault here. We hope to come back again soon!!

We love Roman Candle! The pizza is delicious. I have celiac and it’s the only gluten free pizza in Madison I can safely eat. The gluten free crust is both chewy and crispy and they do a great job with cross-contamination precautions.
