Metro Pub Grill - Middletown

I received a confirmation number for a reservation for four people at 6:45 on Friday, July 1. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, we found a sign on the door indicating that it was closed and would reopen on July 1. The restaurant was dark and empty. I believe Open Table should verify their information before confirming reservations. Thank you.

The new management at this restaurant was dismissive of complaints about a 2-hour wait for food. The server received most of the complaints, even though it was the kitchen that consistently messed up every order at the table. One dish took 50 minutes to come out, and another was declared out of stock 45 minutes later. While the entire order was heavily discounted, the manager failed to offer an apology. The server mentioned she was not allowed to leave a certain area. Overall, the night was a disaster and it was clear that the manager showed little concern for the situation.

Metro is our go to pub for a date night. We love this restaurant

The food at this restaurant is excellent! I have enjoyed the brunch, dinner, and cocktails on multiple occasions.

Our first time at Metro Pub we will be going back often!!! Fantastic experience
