Carmela's On The Extension - Middletown

The atmosphere is absolutely charming, makes you feel right at home!! The food was fabulous and reasonably priced. The portion size made you think 'my eyes were bigger than my stomach ' but every bite was so delicious we left there with a food glow.

We went there for brunch this past Sunday. It was delicious and the waitress was very nice.

Excellent friendly service. Home made bread yummy. There were 8 of us and every order was different and tasty. Plates were cleaned up. Thanks we will be back.

I ordered lunch others breakfast; all was delicious. I think this is a nice little hole in the wall. little off the beaten path for typical main st food we all love about Middletown, but it's worth the stop in my opinion. great breakfast decent lunches all at fair prices.

The variety of pancakes is fantastic! I got a lemon poppyseed pancake, and that's the first time I've ever even seen one. Also, the staff are all incredibly sweet. Definitely stop by if you're in Middletown!
