Chipotle Mexican Grill - Middletown

Crowded, but for good reason the food is delicious and very fresh. About 10min wait in line (no too bad) we ordered and beat in about 4 min. We ordered two sodas, they gave us our cups and we stopped at the soda machine. Coke was brown tinted selves... ir whatever. that was the only bad part. Next time we brought my own drinks and everything was great. Greasy Fast Food, which has no diet in addition to the muddy tomatoes and wild salad, is all in our past. Chipotle is fresh, tastes great and I feel like I had a good meal.. because I did it! Enjoy!

My family and I order Chipotle Catering very often at this point and this time would definitely be one of the really great experiences we had because how great one of the managers were (Jared Stern). My family and I had ordered catering for New Year's Eve and it was absolutely amazing. When we arrived at Middletown, one of Jared Stern's managers made the catering for us completely fresh. Jared Stern was very friendly, very hard working and made the restaurant clean and the food was so fresh. This was the first time we met him because we often go to this place and what a big difference. He should definitely get an increase and work with him there I would definitely recommend this place.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I cannot recommend enough that you do NOT dine here. Ordered a meal through the app, waited in store, as they would not prepare meals in front of customers. I get my meal and checked my order. They didn't have my meal completed and forgot my burrito. Then I checked the tacos and guess what..NO MEAT. When we talked to the manager after the unhelpful cashier, they basically said that they don't care. When I'm paying $11.60 for three tacos, you'd like to think you'd get some level of quality. Will NEVER eat here again, and will warn others to not eat there either.

Terrible overall experience. Food Out of fajitas veggies and chips were raw. Cleanliness Tables and restrooms weren't cleaned. Bad service. I tried to order quesadilla but they didn't take the order in person Instead they asked me to order online, which took them 30+ mins.

I generally cut chain restaurants some slack, but tonight was pretty bad. The restaurant was closed with signs placed all over that said online ordering. When I arrived to pick up my order the store was dark. The sidewalk leading to the restaurant had garbage, food, and a dirty diaper strewn about. When I went in the place was filthy. There was food spilled on the utensil table next to the sodas and an open glass of what appeared to be soda sitting there. A couple of guys were milling around. It didn't look like anyone was actually working there. I feel awful because I love Chipotle. But I would avoid this place.
