Denny's - Middletown

I visited this restaurant late in the evening, but Brenda, the hostess, was incredibly nice and welcoming. I really enjoyed the choconana pancakes and shakes. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

The waitress was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We ordered a chicken tender dinner with French fries, a fruit medley, and an Oreo milkshake. She was so thoughtful that she prepared a separate cup of milkshake for my daughter and even gave us some extra! Our food arrived promptly, around 15 minutes later, and I was absolutely blown away. The chicken tenders were not frozen or stale; they were incredibly juicy and crispy. The fruit medley was a personal favorite, featuring fresh banana, strawberries, cantaloupe, and red grapes—much fresher than what I usually find at Stop & Shop. The French fries were also delicious and crunchy, and the milkshake was fantastic. Plus, my meal came with garlic bread. Here's a fun fact: my daughter has a discerning palate and won't eat anything that doesn't meet her standards, yet she devoured everything we ordered at Denny's. I even licked my plate clean! All this for under $30—affordable and amazing! I can't wait to come back every weekend with my little girl. And don't forget to give your waitress a nice tip!

Parking: The parking lot is spacious and shared with other businesses. Wheelchair accessibility: The entire venue is located on the first floor, making it accessible for everyone.

Food was good. Staff are excellent. What is going on with the property? The bathroom smelled at mold, the ceiling panels were hanging and there were missing ceiling panels in the main dining area, covered with cardboard boxes?

Workers are very rude and unprofessional , I understand that they’re busy but they gave away an order to someone else, I said something then got DISMISSED. Now whoever that young lady is she needs several lessons on how to conduct herself as an employee and what it takes for excellent customer service
