Kung Fu Tea - Middletown

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! The service was excellent, and the drinks were great. I went with my sister and some friends who had recommended it to me. I particularly loved the green tea!

I've been to this restaurant twice, and I won't be returning. The boba and jellies are extremely chewy and taste anything but fresh. All of the flavors have a soapy or chemical aftertaste. Nothing seems fresh here, and I’d be better off making my own at home.

Delicious variety of dishes. The sealed beverage cups are clean and convenient. It's best to order ahead for a quick pickup. Service: 5/5.

Customer service really makes a difference, doesn't it? When I visited this Boba shop for the first time, I asked the male cashier for his recommendations. To my surprise, he responded a bit curtly, reminding me that it was a Boba shop. I informed him that I was already aware of that, as I work in customer service myself and understand how to treat customers properly. The only reason I ended up making a purchase—without his assistance—was to experience Boba tea for myself. As for the drink, it was enjoyable, but it's not something I'd choose to have frequently.

The owner was very friendly, and I only tried the boba tea, which was delightful. Food: 5/5
