Pizza Star - Middletown

Well where to start. First off toss the menu out the door. It is not Accurately stated. No liquor as stated, no Fountain Soda, no Wood Fired Pizza. Limited AC (only one table in the path) the server was nice and I feel her pains. Personally I would pass until they fix the major issues they have right now. They may have been good in the past but today not so much. I will say that this was started in the beginning of the experience. In fairness the pizza was very good. Personally may return but wouldn't be a first to third option. The waitress was the star. Food distant second.

Over-priced ghetto food... Had the sausage parm and chef salad again and it was disgusting. What use to be a place to order Awesome food is now a place to forget. What the hell happened??? Let's not mention the almost two hours waiting for delivery. Sad part is my review is Honest and Real. ?

Used to be Fuentes, but now is Pizza Star. Quality of food has gone up, but the prices have REALLY gone up. A small calzone with 2 ingredients is over $20. A Large calzone w/ two ingredients is over $30. Also whenever Uber Eats runs a promotion, it never works on this store.

Two words never again. We ordered a chicken parm sub and meatballs parm dinner. The chicken in the sub was so over cooked it was more like jerky. The sauce was bitter and acidic. The best we can say about the meatballs is they were pasty and flavorless. The pasta was also overcooked and covered in the same bitter, acidic sauce. Delivery took over 90 minutes for a seven minute drive. Unfortunately, there is nothing positive I can say about this experience.

Food is delicious, fresh, and flavorful. We ordered pizza, chicken, avocado caprese salad and wings. Highly recommend! We are looking forward to going back.
