I arrived at 8:40 PM and was charged for my meal as if I had dined at 10:40 AM. They seem to let you in early if they're not busy; otherwise, they stick to the agreed-upon reservation time.

The staff here are really nice and respectful. It takes about 30 minutes to load, and you need an appointment, but if they happen to be available, they’ll accommodate you earlier.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience. As the Food and Beverage Manager at Honors Haven Retreat and Conference, I often opt for "pickup instead of delivery" to ensure the safety of our employees and guests during the pandemic. Every time I visit the Middletown, NY Depot, I'm greeted by friendly faces, a high level of professionalism, and excellent customer service. From the incredibly personable staff who assist with order pickup to the team in the back who help me arrange items like bar mats, napkin caddies, and glasses, the entire experience is delightful. I willingly make the 50-minute drive just for the positive experience they provide. It’s clear they have a fantastic team! Thank you, Southern!

Appointment 14:00, arrival 13:10, door 13:50. Start loading 14:00 check out 14:40. 2 trucks before me same time, very fast.
