Café Unique - Midland

The food was certainly unique compared to what I'm used to. They serve sandwiches with smashed plantains instead of bread, which was a nice twist. The rice and black beans were delicious, and the plantains with cream were excellent. However, the downside was the high prices relative to the portion sizes. We ended up spending nearly $100 for three people, which is pretty steep. Because of that, we won't be returning.

The food is decent, but the front desk staff is quite loud and insensitive. The atmosphere is lacking—there's no music, so all you hear is the sound of the kitchen extractor. This place could really benefit from someone who knows how to manage a business effectively.

This restaurant is outstanding! The food is delicious, and the service is consistently excellent. My wife and I feel like family every time we visit.

I stopped frequenting this place because the service is terrible, the food was very low in quality. Save yourself from having a bad time with the rude lady who serves and bad food.I'm not coming back.

Black and hard tostones, Arepas heated in the microwave, the employee is rude and has an attitude, it is very expensive for what they offer. Don't waste your time it's a disaster.
