Macs showed up in Rockport Texas after the hurricane Harvey hit. They fed first responders. And civilians for free and weren't asked or paid . It was the first hot meal I had eaten in 3 days! They were friendly and the food was amazing and there was plenty of it! Fresh smoked brisket and sausage was amazing ! Class act and 5 star food !

Came by for my first time yesterday 6/20/18... Heard it was great, and I must say that it sure didn’t disappoint... I had the sliced brisket, which was by far better than KD’s, the green Chile Mac and cheese was phenomenal, and that banana pudding was spectacular! Definitely coming back soon. Thanks Mac’s, you guys are awesome!!!

Definitely one of the best barbecue restaurants in the state of Texas. I have traveled all over the US tasting barbecue and have to say this is definitely one of the best anywhere!!
