It will run me 12 to 13 dollars. My bill was over 15.00. I was trying to find out why it was so much. The lady at the food window couldn't understand what I was asking. I repeated my order, she just told me the cost. What I got was a double quarter pounder. That was the extra fee. Maybe if they would have read the order back to me, we could have figured it out. Worst service I have ever gotten at a McDonald's.
I only go here to see my favorite drive thru lady. She's very kind and proficient then most workers even when they're busy she's on the ball.
Worst experience ever. I go to this McDonald’s because it’s the closest one to my house. Now I understand it gets busy but waiting 25-30 minutes in line at a McDonald’s IS RIDICULOUS. I admit I am a picky eater, I don’t like onions on my McDouble. Every time I ask for no onions, I open my burger and what do you know, there’s a heap of onions. I ask for a side of BigMac sauce and I get my food, no side of BigMac sauce, open the burger and ta da my side of BigMac sauce is on my burger. I assume there is a language barrier and I mean I guess (emphasis on I GUESS) I understand but I am never able to get my food correctly. Then when I ask for my food to be corrected, the rudest attitude emerges. For example, I asked for buffalo sauce with my 6pc chicken nugget, get my bag and of course there was no sauce, so I ask the manager (of all people) for my buffalo sauce and she says “we charge for extra sauce sir” and I say “I was never given any sauce” and she says “well I put it in the bag sir” and I let her know she can check the bag if she wants to because I didn’t receive any buffalo sauce. Then she proceeds to tell me that if I wanted another sauce that I would have to pay for it next time but she can gift me one this time!?!? Mind you there was never any buffalo sauce in the bag in the first place. So at this point I’m slightly pressing the issue because McDonald’s is not doing me a favor by giving me a single packet of buffalo sauce and I ask her again to check my bag because I am not lying about buffalo sauce. She proceeds to tell me that she won’t argue with me because she knows that she put the sauce in my bag and she doesn’t want to look in the bag because she’s %100 sure that she put the sauce in the bag. If I could give this location negative stars I would, because every time I come to this location I have trouble getting the correct order seems to be a problem. Im sure this review will be overlooked and nothing will change and their business will run as usual because let’s be honest, it is McDonald’s. But I find comfort in the fact that someone who is in charge at this location may read my review and rethink how they structure the store.
Lack of management, instead of dancing and looking at their phones while actually getting orders, you should try to actually have your staff give the correct order when placed. If money is being invested to eat at your facility then have the dignity to do it correctly!
I remember the days of McDonald's and the honorary cups and toys and even the friendly atmosphere of the playground nowadays it's just a conveyor belt of very poorly made food and unfriendly faces it seem to be more irritated by your presence then the friendly atmosphere that was McDonald's what a shame
