So wanted to like this place. Went as a group. Korean short ribs were great. Unfortunately, cubing lean meat and then cooking it doesn't mean you can call those burnt ends. Rly good food hot damn. Servers were killin it. Bit pricey but worth it. Appreciated that the walls weren't covered in TVs blaring sports 24/7. Waited 10 minutes for a server to even come greet us, and no one showed up. Other servers just walked by without acknowledging us. No kids' menu, which is crazy for how kid friendly downtown midland is. Cant speak to food as we got up and left. Meal type: Dinner Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This place has great food and it used to have good BBQ sauce. The last time I went I was disappointed to discover that they have watered down all the sauces to the point that they are as thin as water. The Texas sauce doesn't taste at all like it used to. Service is good, but wont be back if this continues.
