Papa Tacho's (midland)

As always, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. We ordered chicken quesadillas, chile rellenos, enchiladas verdes, and crispy brisket tacos. The horchata is my favorite drink, and it's especially delicious here. Everything is authentic and full of flavor. I highly recommend this hidden gem!

I'm not from this area, but I visit frequently. It's always the first place I go as soon as I land. The food is consistently fresh, as if it were made at home. The chilaquiles are my favorite! I’m never disappointed when I come here.
