'Puffy Tacos '. Two words you have to remember when you order. I had the ground beef and queso Tacos today and they were amazing with the Spicy Avocado Sauce. This is NOT a traditional Mexican food restaurant, this is an amazing fusion of Texican favors. A West Texas hidden gem. Very pleased. Try them out.

This is one of the absolute best restaurants in Midland if not THE best! And their queso? It IS the best! We eat here all the time I love their puffy tacos and their ribs are amazing as well. You won't be disappointed we recommend them all the time!

Being from the Houston metroplex, I wasn't expecting much considering all the top notch restaurants I have access too. We were very impressed with the food and the service. Toros has something for everyone. Very trendy place to enjoy food, fellowship and a few drinks.

This is my second time eating here and the food was just as amazing as the first time. The puffy brisket tacos, queso, and turtle cheesecake are to die for! The service is fantastic, it's like walking in to family. We will definitely be regulars. This has become my new favorite restauraunt.

Midland's best kept secret! The beef fajitas are amazing! Who would think a mexican restaurant would have the best ribs, my husband could not eat them all. If only I could put a straw in the queso.
