Pi's Chinese Restaurant - Midland

Everyone said the old chef came back and the food was great again, so we gave it a shot... Nope, still same old bland, and somewhat unfresh tasting food. Since Popeyes opened their parking is horrid, I can 't fault the business totally on that. A good asphalt project might be helpful though ‍ Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The food on the buffet tasted very good, but it wasn't hot. The service was great. The music was loud. Yes, I will be back but I hope the food will be hotter.
