Baskin-robbins - MIDLAND PARK

Never have Pralines and Cream. Been customer since that flavor came out. So disappointed.

I am sooooo mad! I went to this Baskins Robbins to get an ice cream birthday cake. They had a ton of them in the freezer so I just got what I needed from there. I wanted them to write on the cake but no one there could do it???? REALLY? So they said someone could do it the next day in the morning. So OK, I wrote what I want it to say.. Happy 16th Birthday Greg So next day I pick up the cake and the writing is in YELLOW?????? YOU COULD BARELY SEE WHAT IT SAID! WHO DOES THAT!!!!!! What kind of idiot uses yellow to write wording on a cake!!!! EVEN IF I DIDN'T SECIFY COLOR! YELLOW IS A NO NO!!!!! I will NEVER get a cake from them again! Baskins Robbins YOU NEED TO TRAIN THESE PEOPLE YOU HIRE BETTER!!!!!!!!

The service was friendly, helpful, and amazing. I had a fantastic experience.

There was no one at the front counter, all registers were closed, I tried to get someone's attention but they were speaking in the back. After waiting for about 5 minutes, no one came to help so I left. As I was getting into my car, I saw in my rearview mirror someone finally at the front counter with their mask down biting their nails. The service was very poor and simply unacceptable.

We recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and were disappointed with the customer service we received. The staff member who assisted us was rude and unfriendly, and seemed uninterested in providing good service. Additionally, our colottas were not made correctly - they were not as ordered and were only lukewarm. We had to freeze them when we got home. We will plan to visit a different location next time, as we were not satisfied with our experience at this particular Dunkin' Donuts.
