Starbucks - MIDLAND PARK

Staff are incompetent, but friendly. Seriously, if you order something not standard or with an additional ingredient, they will melt it up to 99% of the time. Usually they remake it when unsatisfactory, but I have no time for it every time I go. Edit: After I went back several times, I changed my mind. The staff is very friendly and will be happy to correct what they can get wrong with your order. Most of the staff there know me now with name and are only very warm and welcoming when I stop by. Was 3 stars, now 5! Love my baristas here

This place is amazing! Adrian was very helpful and nice. My drink was delicious and very quick. He helped me decide what best starbucks ever drink!

Service is great! Employees are amazing! But the drive thru is the worst! There was very poor planning putting the cross walk in the middle of the drive through in the spot it is. It creates more traffic in the line where people have to wait about 10 minutes with no one being able to pull up to the speaker to order. Not that this review will change that. But if you try to go through the drive through it will take some time for that reason.

The drive thru seems to be the busiest one in The United States lol the employees as a result seem to be so busy they don't have time to take a breath HOWEVER that's saying a lot because when you go inside they are quick to take your order and your order is ready in LITERALLY a minute. I'm sure wait times vary depending on what time of day one goes but the drive thru is really busy that said inside even though the employees are SLAMMED by drive thru orders you really wouldn't know it, when you go inside the employees are STILL friendly, courteous, FAST and NEVER get an order wrong. EVEN if you have to wait a little longer for your order because it's busy inside AND OR OUTSIDE the employees are fast, efficient, work great under pressure and ALWAYS friendly despite the work load they have so I give them major points for that. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that if you're there for drive thru it's always packed so you'll be waiting a while. Easier and faster to just go inside. The other inconvenience is the parking lot is small if you have so many cars waiting for drive thru it can be slightly hectic to park or should I say get IN the parking lot. So while I have a lot of good things to say because the location is so small it just kinda seems like they chose too small of a building to make that part work. That's my ONLY complaint BUT that really has nothing to do with the employees. Service is fantastic. It's just a very odd building they chose to pick for this location (it used to be a bank) I'd say try to move the drive thru line a bit quicker but it appears to me they make the best of it. Again though for fastest service you might as well just go inside!

I got to Starbucks by my house often… I was in the area and saw this location! Such a busy store! The parking lot is small so I decided to wait on the long drive-thru line. We’ll it’s so efficient staff was overwhelming pleasant! I’ll be back the next time I’m in the area! The man that helped me was from the area I asked a question about the poultry farm up the street he said that I had to try it!!! He was absolutely right! Amazing service with smiles under their masks!!!
