Worst burger I've ever had, sweet potato fries were blah and no ice for soft drinks. Total waste of $15. I will never return.

Wanted to try their new chicken sandwich, Drive-thru then home. Dried out overcooked chicken. Under a heat lamp for a long time. All for $10.00+! Complained and area manager (Collins) offered a free replacement. Asked for a refund as I no longer wish to patronize this place. Nothing back after a week. Poor quality food, expensive and poor follow up. Won't be back.

45 mins to get drive thru with 5 cars in line Plus food was cold and the server was literally swearing and forgetting what they were doing

This A&W is not the cleanest place to sit and eat at the staff doesn’t clean the place. Washrooms are very stinky and dirty they seem to just talk to each other mean while tables are filthy and not nice to clean up your table to sit and eat at I think the manager has to step up to the situation

Neat and clean facility, good food. Very friendly staff and free refills for drinks! You can't ask for a better choice!
