Arby's - Midlothian

This is probably one of the best run Arby's I've ever visited. The food was exceptional for fast food, the dining room was spotless and the attitude of the staff was uncommonly warm and friendly. They were head and shoulders above the automatons that usually staff fast food joints attached to gas stations. I would eat there again.

The drive thur employee was awesome! She was so friendly and genuinely kind! My friends first time having Arby's. While she wasn't a huge fan of the food, she did love the service!

The service in this location is fantastic. The downside to this location is it’s in a truck stop and it’s a little weird to walk in a restaurant have people sleeping at the tables.The only time I go to Arby’s is when I haven’t been in long enough to forget that it’s expensive and mediocre. It’s not bad, it’s just Arby’s.

Large drink is half the size it was last time I was here. Had to repeat my order twice still had to be corrected after I received it plus it’s dumb to have to pull forward with nobody else in line only 1 person working they have to walk out around to bring you your food; A drive through window is supposed to be to serve from as well as collect payment
