Bonchon Chicken Midlothian, Va

I had a mix-up with my DoorDash order, but the manager, Barb, was incredibly nice about it. Once we sorted everything out, I noticed she included a little extra as a gesture of goodwill. It’s lovely to see that they genuinely care about their customers.

The food was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. The staff was not particularly friendly, and we had to call them over a few times as they seemed more focused on the TV. I truly want to give a higher rating, though, because the food really was wonderful!

The chicken wings, pot stickers, and Asian tacos are fantastic! I haven't tried the sliders yet, but they look incredible.

My first time and it was amazing. The chicken with soy garlic was so crispy and so good. My husband loved the fried rice. Barbara at Midlothian/Courthouse Rd location has a wonderful personality and answered all my questions. I will be returning !

Stopped in today for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The food was good and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back! Only complaint was I felt the service could have been a little faster.
