I ordered a steak and cheese to go, and the online menu indicated it would include lettuce, tomato, mayo, and dressing. However, when I got home, it was just bread, steak, and cheese—nothing else.

I have been ordering from this restaurant for years. I placed an order tonight, but it was incomplete. They did call to inform me, which was nice. However, they unfortunately did not accept the highest value coupon I had.
