Contribuisci feedbackThis Chick-fil-A used to be excellent, but I’m not sure what’s happened lately; the quality has significantly declined. I went through the drive-thru this morning around 10:45 and found a small beard hair in my cup. After that experience, I really don’t think I can return. I know Chick-fil-A is more lenient with facial hair, but it seems like this location doesn't prioritize hygiene. There have been multiple occasions when my wife and I have ordered food and received the wrong items, or the portions have been half-filled in their containers. I typically don’t encounter these issues at other Chick-fil-A locations.
The fries were sour right after my order, and even the excessive amount of cheese in the macaroni was unappetizing. However, the chicken was good, as always. The person taking my order didn’t greet me or thank me for my visit. While it doesn't bother me personally, I work in the food industry and believe there should be a consistent standard for customer service.
My wife and I ordered lunch, we ordered a great order to share Fries. We open the bag and the box is there, but it's less than half full. We're gone, easy and easy.
Waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru is a bit excessive. They have two order lanes equipped with loudspeakers and menu boards, but it seems like it still takes longer than necessary. I also feel like they missed out on some of that Southern hospitality during the experience.
Went to Chick-fil-A for breakfast, food was wonderful, it was fresh and hot. The cashier was amazing he was polite and funny and very helpful. The only thing I noticed is that they stopped coming to the tables to see if you needed a drink refill and there was plenty of staff and they were not very busy. But I would go back.
