Chipotle Mexican Grill - Midlothian

Ummm wtf chipotle?!!!! I just got my dinner and please explain the LIVE BUG in my KIDS MEAL!! I have been coming to this chipotle for about 8 years and within the past year I've had more than 10 bad experiences! This place used to be worth your money but not anymore... not in this economy! Tell your employees to wash the produce and stop messing around! I am so sick of this store and I am fed up with them always forgetting items or shorting me on the ingredients I request when I pay for double protein every time!

We ate here and we got food poisoning so bad we were hospitalized for 4 days. Don't f eat here. Eat literally anywhere else. Dog poop would make you less sick. Update: Still have not heard anything from Chipotle about this even though I reached out when they asked me to.

This is the worst chipotle I've ever been to. I live nearby so have come here every now and then to get a bowl or tacos and each time I'm disappointed. There's always a terrible wait or if I order through the app my order is wrong. One day I even got pink steak. And a steak taco with no steak! Like how does that even happen. It sucks and now due to covid customers have to stand outside and wait. I've been sitting here for about 15 minutes and no one has received their order.

Absolutely the worst Chipotle consistently. rude staff. and they don't even have any lights on at all in the parking lot. No lights. pitch dark.

This new location managed our catering perfectly. Their company policy requires a 24-hour notice for changes to catering orders, but they graciously allowed us to move ours up by an hour to 12:45. They open at 10:45, which is no easy task, especially on a busy Saturday during lunch. The manager and staff were both professional and attentive.
