Papa John's Pizza - Midlothian

Waited 25 minutes on pizza with the place full of staff, but that is not a big deal. When I entered, I saw that all long hairs there are no hair nets. So I was really hoping that the hair would not be found in pizza. Lady on the opposite side just reason, this is 3 stars she was beautiful a seem really like what she did. I came home with two pizzas and sure enough long hair didn't have in the cheese, but bread. If it wasn't so late, you wouldn't have left for so long. I hope they wear hair nets.

Zero stars if there was very rude and wouldnt deliver 5 miles from my house. I highly recommend going elsewhere I had to come pick it up myself when the website perfectly let me change my new aDdress 5 FIVE miles away. CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY POOR AND RUDE !!! THANKS FOR THE COLD PIZZA.

The biggest problem was trying to order through the website which turned out to be impossible. I called the nearest store and was greeted by a most helpful staff. I ended up driving to the store to place my order and was very pleased with the service. The pies were good and I was happy with how I was treated.

Don't waist your time. Go some where else. Ordered on line and it was supposed to be delivered in 30 to 40 minutes. 2 hour later I drove there. They had the pizza and tried to give me a 2 hour old cold pizza. Demanded my money back and asked them to make a new pizza. They then forgot to make my pizza. 30 minutes after that I finally had it in my hands. While waiting heard several calls come in where customers received the wrong order. They told the customers they would need to wait an hour more for the correct order. The pizza is ok but not worth waiting for.

Have been a regular customer for years. This time I found an oily dead fly stuck upside down to the pizza I ordered from this place. Worst part is that we were almost done with this box. Shocking and almost throwing up...
