Pho Saigon Garden - Midlothian

Never again. The food we ordered was missing half of the items listed on the menu. The website gives the impression that they provide their own delivery, but they actually use an external service, which took two hours for our food to arrive. The meal was cold, bland, and of poor quality. Don't waste your time or money here.

My recent visit was nowhere near as good as the last time I came here. If this had been my first experience, I would have rated it two stars. I always order the same dish — the rice noodle salad with beef — but this time there was hardly any salad, no carrots, and no crushed peanuts. I'll consider coming back, but only when things improve.

When I first placed my order, I opted for the Chicken Pho. The menu states that all Pho is served with beef broth, except for P4, which comes with chicken broth. Each Pho dish is accompanied by scallions, white onions, and cilantro, along with a side of bean sprouts, jalapeños, and lime. However, I found it strange that my order was missing cilantro. Did I mistakenly think I ordered Pho?

The first time. I wanted Pho. The food was good. The service was excellent. Not crowded, but it was on a Sunday, so I guess most people were home watching football. Nice place to go if you want Pho on Southside.

Went tonight. Pho is my favorite dish and I thought theirs tasted okay. At first I thought it was going to be bland by the color, but it wasn?t. As much as I love the fact I found a place near where I live I will not be back. Honestly, I took off a star for the service. I don?t expect the red carpet to be rolled out, but I literally felt unwelcome. I came and said table for one. He sighed and pointed to the dining area. He brought menu and went and got water. His demeaner was really off. Then he stood there as I looked through menu. I felt rushed (it was my first time there) and I hurried and picked something. I actually had wanted an appetizer, but felt rushed. I didn?t even see that part of the menu. He silently dropped food off and went ghost until I raised hand for check. I haven?t felt that uncomfortable in a while. I was really offended until I read other reviews and saw that it was normal for them. So I am deciding to not to take it personally. The plate of food I had was worth coming back for and thats why I only took away a star. I hope my feedback helps to improve service.
