Qdoba Mexican Eats - Midlothian

I got a vegetarian bowl. The beans were just warm, not hot. Generous portions.

This is easily the worst Qdoba I’ve ever been to. I placed a mobile order 20 minutes before I arrived and still had to wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru after I got there. After they made me wait four minutes at the drive-through podium just to say I was here to pick up a mobile order. They then told me it would be 5 to 10 more minutes because they lost the receipt. When I finally got my food, I asked them what was the point of placing an order 20 minutes in advance if I was going to have to wait and 15 more minutes for my food after I arrived. This time they told me it was him because they had multiple family orders that were placed before mine.Then when I opened my food I found out that there was no meat in my burrito……I ordered/paid for extra chicken. Needless to say I’ll be going to the chipotle across the street next time.

This is my favorite go to. While I have had both good and bad experiences with this location I will continue to go. These ladies work very hard and short handed at times, and still give it their all.

This is a good place to get a burrito bowl. The chicken is cooked to absolute perfection. The wait time was amazing in and out , excellent customer service and a great atmosphere. Eating outside gave a wonderful connection with nature because the weather was superb that day.

I visited this restaurant for lunch today and placed a mobile order, opting for drive-thru pickup through the app. Upon my arrival, I waited five minutes at the intercom for someone to respond, but I ultimately had to drive around to go inside and collect my order. As I entered, I noticed two employees in the back on their cell phones, watching videos. One of them eventually came to the front and handed me my order. When I got home, I found that both tortilla bowls were broken into about four pieces each, and it was evident that they had just been hastily put together. I used to enjoy the location at Chesterfield Towne Center, but I won't be returning to this one.
