Rico's Mexican - Midlothian

We've been to Rico's several times now and every trip is a delight. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Food arrives quickly and we've greatly enjoyed everything we've tried, from their large menu. One note dishes with the spicy tomatillo sauce are not for the faint of heart. Where else can you get a giant margarita for $5? Rico's is my favorite Mexican place, hands down.

Tonight’s dinner service was unacceptable. Food temperature were cold , the staff seemed to all be in a foul mood and the manager was very dismissive when addressed about said complaints.

Called to order food, received as ordered. Problem was I got 6 phone calls between 9:15-9:30p hours after I had ordered and picked up my food. No one on the line, they just hang up and call again. Never going back if I can't even trust them with a phone number.
