Contribuisci feedbackI was a little disturbed when we arrived because the hostess did not seem to realize that we had an open table reservation. the rest of the experience was fantastic. since I received this email everything was good, but I wasn't sure they even recognized us as an expert.
The service and the attention of management are not the same since the last manager, cured, has gone.
We had a reservation for 8:00 pm through OpenTable. We were seated promptly, but we waited for 20 minutes before a server came to our table. The host who seated us did not bring our drinks, our waitress (Olivia) eventually came and apologized for the delay. We had to wait 30 minutes for our appetizers. It took 15 minutes to flag down a waitress for extra napkins and to-go boxes. The service was overall very poor. However, the food was excellent as usual.
We ended up having less people for dinner, so we ask to move tables, so it wouldn't be hard on the server. it was my birthday and I will say tgi free days made my birthday a good experience.
Open tables makes reserving tables so much easier even though my table wasn’t in the system. I had to show my emailed confirmation to be seated.
