Wendy's - Midlothian

The total service and food is just 100% bad, I drive by this Wendys at least 4 times a day and would stop in at least twice a week, if the food was properly prepared and the employes were just somewhat normal, and how can they not have a baked potato? Management is the problem as they have hired a group of people that just don't care, they all should be working at the City Dump checking in the garbage.

The cashier at the drive through taking the orders tonight was ridiculous, she is not professional and the other lady with no Wendy’s uniform was moving so slow like she doesn’t care. Terrible service. Waiting so long for the order we just left. Won’t go back there at night again. Then when we complained the teller was acting like she was not aware of her terrible customer service. Sad since this is a nice city. The other drive throughs get the program. Both employees on shift after 11pm get an F+

The drinks from here are aweful! They have been since they opened, I don’t know if it’s the plumbing to the building or their drink machines but the sodas never taste mixed right! We just stopped buying sodas. Lol… Even the lemonade sometimes are not made right. I really do think it’s the water because even when you get straight water from there it’s got that same funky weird taste to it. Sometimes the fries are really fresh and good other times soggy and old it’s 50-50 what you’re going to get when it comes to the burgers and chicken sandwiches.

In my 40 years of living this was literally the worst experience at a Wendy's I've ever had. 40 minutes in the drive thru, the inside is closed so no customers there. They were out of things, forgot part of my order, and when I went inside they were all circled up laughing and telling stories. Then I got my fries which were forgotten from a guy who was obviously high, only to find them burned beyond edible. Do better Wendy's! Take pride in your company! Better yet hire me as your store manager and I'll double your business!

I pretty much come here once a week around 11-12 pm after work or the gym. Never had a bad experience, all the employees are kind and friendly and the food has always been great for me. Best Wendy’s
